Rooms were very clean; staff was friendly and helpful.

My wife was especially enamoured with the hotel which surprised me as she is such a fussy person and we have gone to many hotels. I liked it too, perfectly adequate. We also both enjoyed the dinner and breakfast and thought it was reasonable, especially on Easter, but also to save time.

Liked: The staff were excellent. I had a change in my travel plans and called a couple of days in advance to change my length of stay. Staff was able to accommodate quickly. I checked in late due to an event I attended. The lobby was busy but staff was very attentive and kind. Best I've had.
Disliked: I had made reservations online a couple of months ago and had tried to change my reservation online. I received no message back. It's fine that I had to call but would have preferred to handle online. The only other issue is the pillows. No support.
