Rude, unhelpful staff. Each lift...

Disliked: Rude unwelcoming staff who seemed hell bent on making the breakfast options unintelligible. We were made to feel like e we’re asking for something outside of our voucher entitlement. At one point we were charged $30 on top of what we had already paid!

Great stay

Liked: The location was perfect, and the view out the window was amazing. Everything was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The breakfast was confusing. We had a voucher but still got a menu. When choosing the buffet, the eggs, bacon, etc came from the kitchen, but it was way too much food. Next time I will specify that I want half the normal amount.
