Liked: Very convenient location.

Convenient, clean, no frills.

Liked: Everything was clean and comfortable, fairly no frills but good value. Great location.
Disliked: The breakfast was a little confusing - if you book with breakfast included this gets you a voucher for the restaurant. At first they said it was only for one of the $10 items but then on my last morning they said it was for any menu item except for the buffet. The food was fine but the arrangement seemed needlessly confusing.

Liked: The staff members were very polite and the facilities were clean and functional. It's close to train stations which made navigating the city very easy.

Poor

Liked: Heat in the room was unbearable. Try to fix the heat. Turn it down, turn it off. It was hot all night. It was very uncomfortable in the room.
Disliked: How hot it was in the room, and I thought the room would be just slightly bigger.

Disliked: night duty front desk receptions man is so rude and not friendly at all. I booked the five rooms and one room have issue I have request to changed the room his answer they way he give was so attitude and rude. completely disappointed me.
