Meh
Liked: The room was quite nice and clean, it is perfectly located if you want to get to know chicago
Disliked: the staff don’t help you at all with nothing, I had four bags by myself and no one helped me to get them up to my room, I asked If someone could help me and they said there wasn’t anyone and they answered in a very rude way, so If you need help with anything they don’t hesitate to answer you in a rude way, it was also the same way when I had to left no one helped me take the bags to the uber or anything.

Good choice for Downtown Chicago
Liked: excellent location, very good rooms, services as expected
Disliked: the heater in my room was very loud (minus 10C outside); front desk staff was a bit overwhelmed by the fact that my documented reservation was missing in their system (they could have given me a room and manage the rest in the background)

Room was great, location in...
Liked: The room was clean and had a great view of the city. A great price for the accommodations. I loved the free internet and that we could log in to our own Netflix from the TV. The view of downtown was fantastic.
Disliked: The group were 3 women traveling together. I was specific in the request and in the special instructions that we wanted to be on the same floor. The staff at check in seemed annoyed by this. Only when I raised the safety concern and asked again did she continue to look and did accommodate the request. When I asked about the parking garage she said we dont have one on site. When I asked about the one right next door she said yes, you can park there. When I asked if there was a better place to park she said no. This being our first time here, it would have been helpful to have a bit more information at check in. There wasn't even a sign as you exit that it was a one way street. She just kept saying to park a block away at the back of the building. I realized after driving the wrong way that what she meant was that you enter the parking garage from a different street around the block and the exit right next to the hotel. Again all very confusing and unclear at check in.

A good location and a...
Liked: Checking in. The restaurant (Weber Grill) was good and reasonably priced.
Disliked: Very loud squeak when room fan started up several times at night. Lobby is not comfortable or welcoming. Some fixtures in the room were coming apart. The restaurant had a mandatory 18% gratuity added to the bottom line, with wording suggesting you add even more.
