Superb

Nice hotel but uncomfortable sofa...

Liked: Our room wasn’t ready at check in and we had to get ready for a funeral service. The lady at the desk who was very nice asked if we wanted to upgrade to a single queen with a sofa bed. She said that the cleaning person wouldn’t have our room ready for 15-20 minutes. We didn’t want to since we wanted 2 queen beds. After waiting a few minutes we decided to get the upgrade so we could get ready and be at the service on time. We didn’t have to pay extra however the sofa was not comfortable and didn’t allow for a good nights sleep. After a stressful night at the viewing all we wanted was to get some sleep. Burying my 29 year old nephew was really awful and add a sleepless night with a 6.5 hour drive home the next day was miserable.

Overall good experience. Highly recommended.

Liked: Front desk was kind and accommodating. Great customer service.
Disliked: Guest Bathroom needed some service.

Unbelievable disappointed

Disliked: I booked thru y'all. When I got there they didn't have reservation or any rooms. It was a nightmare trying to find a place last minute. Very disappointed. Did not stay there.
