Disliked: Despite signage it was a mess!

Disliked: Signs indicating under renovation don’t help; lobby area was a mess!Upper management should be checking work progress & workmanship

Liked: Didn't really have a chance to check in. Just prior to entering the hotel, the sprinkler system erupted. Water was pouring out of the ceiling in the lobby. The manager did tell me I would be charged and my stay was canceled. I located a hotel near by. Fire department was on scene
Disliked: Not being able to check in. Had to located another hotel

Liked: The restaurant food was delicious and the servers were warm friendly and fast ! Loved the pool and fitness center
Disliked: Printer is still broken in the business center . The front desk was okay, Crystal was warm and greeted us nicely she was the best out of the ones we met. The others upon entering they don’t speak or they say checking in ? Not hello welcome to the Hilton etc how are you and how can I help you. We are used to the standard of homewood suite, embassy, and double tree .
