I would highly recommend staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Chelsea. Friendly staff; nice location; room was clean, roomy and comfortable.

Liked: Location, location, location - close to everything we were doing in NYC - Madison Square Garden, Times Square, Chelsea Market, subway stops.
Disliked: The room was clean when we checked in and I did love being on a high floor. We stayed 3 days and I think that the room could have been vacuumed at least during that timeframe.

Liked: The Housekeeping keep our stuff really clean & organize. I really like the way they cleaned our room. And the location is good
Disliked: Someone in the lobby forced us to take the drop to JFK by their shuttle. The car was nice & big but the driver was very rude. He rushed us when we was coming at the right time and also he force us to give him TIP which is very inappropriate to us. We'll give you at the end without asking but the way he asked for TIP to us is very rude to me. I do not recommend to take the shuttle. He's from Equador
