Liked: James at front desk was amazing and so helpful.
Disliked: Handicapped accessible tub listed was not easy to maneuver. No seat only bars to hold onto. Shower temp control had to be fixed.

Disliked: It's been two weeks, and I still haven't received my security deposit. The office might be busy, but two weeks is a long time. It would be great if the work could be done more promptly. The facilities were good.
