Superb

Liked: Location. Close to the mall and whole foods. You can walk to both of these locations from the hotel.
Disliked: Their was a problem with the key card to get into the pool area.

Very very clean! We had...

Liked: We were greeted by Semaj and he was so great! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Never experienced customer service in that way. He was very pleasant and tentative to all that was asked. Will definitely book again!

Fine except for MIA front...

Liked: Location was perfect for our visit with Family in Charlotte
Disliked: We waited easily 15+ mins for someone to show up at the front desk. Had to knock on an “employees only” door to get an attendant out to the front desk to check in!?

Liked: The staff was very friendly and always with a smile! The parking is perfect , close and always feel very safe!
Disliked: The rooms are showing their age! We have stayed here many time and it will be the last! The pillows have no substance and are paper thin. The air conditioning made noises on and off all night! The bathroom overall needs a good cleaning!

Disliked: Most of the staff were rude, with the exception of 2-3 workers and they tried to make me pay again once I got there even tho I paid thru booking.com. Fire alarm went off at 6AM for no reason and again at 630AM with no explanation
