Our stay was comfortable

Disliked: There was no walk-in shower, and the bathroom fixtures were antiquated. I am elderly and couldn’t use the shower.

The facilities are fine but...

Liked: The location and facility
Disliked: I was double billed for the room. The reservation was through Booking.com but your staff charged me a 2nd time for the full rate of the room and assigned me a new confirmation number. I was then told by the Hilton staff that Booking.com or my Bank needed to cancel any charges they took from me. Trying to resolve this issue between Booking.com and Hilton took more than two hours of my time calling back and forth. I have been a Hilton Honors member for more than 15 years and never had this problem.
