An unexpected but very pleasant...

Liked: Lovely friendly staff at breakfast. Food was good. Everywhere seemed very clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Very pleasant location in a leafy business park.

Nice hotel, convenient location

Liked: Beautiful hotel close to where we needed to go in Charlotte. Room was nice and the facilities were great. The breakfast situation was confusing, as it appeared to be a continental type of breakfast but it was not free. A fee also had to be paid for parking, but it wasn’t expensive…$10, I think. Overall, our stay was great.
