Great staff but a lot...

Liked: The staff was super friendly but the entire I reason I selected this hotel was for the hot tub. Of course, the hot tub was unavailable to use. The hotel is dingy and the pillows are terrible.
Disliked: I wish they would communicate when the hot tub isn’t available. The hotel was clean but felt dingy and the pillows were awful.

It was extremely disappointing and...

Liked: Very little
Disliked: Frig didn't work, room was smelly like old moldy carpet and basement, no enough garbage cans, no luggage rack in my room - it seemed like it was a problem because there weren't enough at the hotel, towels had stains -- gross and disgusting, the shower leaked all over the floor -- we had to use all our towels to soak up all the water, the room was very dark -- very bad lighting. It was extremely disappointing and we will NOT ever be staying at this location again.
