Disliked: Left an expensive item in room. Called back 2 times and was told both times that nothing was turned in!

Poor due to uncomfortable bed.

Liked: The reception area and main level are beautiful.
Disliked: The fourth floor is quite outdated. The mattress on the king sized bed and pull out bed were long overdue to be replaced.

Liked: The beds were comfortable. The showerwater was hot enough. The staff were frienly
Disliked: Did not have a accessible shower. My 94 year old mother who is in a wheel chair could not wheel into shower. If we would have tried to transfer her to the shower there was no shower chair for her to sit on. When I share my concern with two individuals at the front desk. Neither apologized for this inconvenience, neither were able to remedy the situation or offered any solution or reduction to the rate as the room was not what we expected.Also there was garbage overflowing onto the yard at the entrance to the lobby at 3:30 PM Sunday and still there at 11 AM Monday. There was also trash inside the elevator.
