Liked: Rooms were very clean and spacious. Great location and friendly staff. Hotel had everything we needed for our stay including the dining facilities which had a great menu. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Liked: Comfortable bed. Friendly helpful staff. Great downtown location. Room facilities were good with small fridge, coffee machine and microwave.
Disliked: Window did not open. Room needed aired. Had a slight musty smell upon entering, which would have disappeared with some fresh air.

It could be better

Liked: Location is good for downtown attractions, walking distance and close to transit.
Disliked: The room can use some update. The air conditioner in our room was not working properly and got very loud on our second night. We called service and the housekeeper didn’t have a solution besides telling us to cope with it. Finally, they offered another room. But the experience was not pleasant. And the pillows have a bad smell to them. I am sure the pillow case is clean, but those pillows should be replaced.
