Not worth your money

Liked: We have stayed at this hotel numerous times, and never had an issue. I upgraded our room to get the free breakfast. At the time of checking in we were not given our breakfast vouchers, which was a new thing they must have implemented because before you would give your room number and they had it documented. When I went to the front desk to inquire about the vouchers the gentleman working the desk informed me that my room did not come with free breakfast. I showed him my reservation which clearly stated free breakfast he then told me that the booking app I used to book the reservation under was awful and he would never recommend using it because you never get what you pay for. After criticizing me for a good 5 minutes for using the app, he finally issued the vouchers. I returned to the dining room and showed the vouchers to the server and she stated that they were only good for the buffet not the menu. Every time we have stayed here and payed for the “free breakfast “ we were able to order off the menu. I was frustrated at this point since I paid a significant amount more to have breakfast included, to be spoken to Rudely, criticized for my choice in booking apps, and paying too much for a below average continental breakfast. Needless to say this was our last time staying in this establishment. Not worth your money.
