Liked: Swimming pool.
Disliked: 66 degrees - it took 3 hours to get to 69, then another 5 hours to rise to 71. The Keurig coffee maker did not function. Whirlpool applied very little stream to my aching back. One measely bench to sit on outside.

Liked: Helpful staff at front desk with questions about the city. Great breakfast for our early departure. Quiet, clean and comfy.

Hotel needs refurbishing!

Liked: Friendly Staff and the ability to check in early! Reasonable breakfast.
Disliked: Very tired property in need of some serious refurbishment. The bed linen looked like it needed replacing as did the towels, making it feel pretty dirty. The pictures make it look a lot nicer and newer than it really is, it fooled us! Kids swimming lessons in the early evening so the pool is out of action. Very expensive for what you get.

Liked: Everyone was super helpful. The free shuttle service to the airport was fantastic. Our room was clean, spacious and well equipped. We had dinner in the restaurant which was delicious and the service was outstanding.
Disliked: All good

Disliked: It was to far from the city, no attractions or places to eat other than the hotel. It was in the middle of the industrial park.

Liked: It had everything we needed including access to a washer and dryer.
Disliked: Not much to do outside of the property except for a few places to eat and an airplane museum which was interesting and well done.

Close to airport but I...

Liked: The location is convenient to Calgary Airport, and a shuttle service is provided. The breakfast buffet is good, and there are also made-to-order options. The dinner menu is limited but was okay for us. The price is okay for an airport hotel. The staff were all pleasant and answered questions sent via bookings messages before arrival.
Disliked: I could not rate the hotel higher because there was a loud hum (like A/C or other equipment) which prevented me from sleeping in my bed near the window and back wall of the hotel -- even with ear plugs. I took my comforter and ear plugs and slept on the floor near the bathroom which, incidentally, had no fan - another thing that I did not like.
