Liked: Good location. The ladies behind the counter were friendly and helpful
Disliked: My card was charged three times due to a glitch.i asked them to reverse two transactions, however, a month later, I am still waiting the last pre-autherisation to be released.

Great location, lovely staff, everything...
Liked: The staff were exceptional, 5 stars all around. Everyone in all departments was friendly and helpful.Facilities were clean, room was spacious and well stocked with towels and other amenities. Bed was very comfortable.Perfect location, 10 minutes walk from a large shopping plaza. Grounds are well kept. Ample parking.I’ll say it again to emphasize - the staff were fantastic!
Disliked: There’s only one thing keeping me from rating 5 stars for facilities - the pool was COLD! It was supposed to be 90 degrees, but it was barely cool. The person at reception did offer to turn up the temperature for the pool the morning I was going to swim, which was nice, but wasn’t it supposed to be at 90 degrees? My brother said it was cold the previous night as well, so seems like it was never really heated. *With my stay being in December, this is an issue!
