Overall, location & facilities were...

Liked: The property is quite nice.. well kept. The room was clean & inviting but the room had a movement sensitive light that would turn on in the middle of the night when going to bathroom. A small annoyance was the location of the toilet paper dispenser was far from toilet. We weren’t told on arrival that there was a charge for breakfast & the hostess there was brusque. The receptionists were all professional and friendly as was other staff we encountered.

Liked: Fabulous location near the Commons shopping centre. Easy walks around the location. I've stayed here many times when visiting from Australia. I have friends in this area & further north so it suits me. It is a fair distance from Hollywood & Beverly Hills.

Liked: I have stayed at this hotel several times and always enjoy my visit. It's in a wonderful location of Calabasas, close to shops and restaurants, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, and the staff is exceptionally friendly! Having used to have lived close to this hotel's location for many years, it feels like a little home away from home now.
Disliked: The shower's water pressure is a bit weak.
