Liked: Location was ideal for our weekend.
Disliked: Lobby has a loud HVAC system. Incredibly loud. The staff was aware of it but seemed helpless to fix it. It’s disturbingly loud. Additionally all three nights were filled with loud poses all night through 4am. I notified the staff on the second and third night. They were receptive to our feedback but it didn’t help the situation. We left exhausted with three nights of bad nights sleep.

Liked: Good location. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Purchased the breakfast one morning. Unfortunately everything was cold, eggs, sausage, bacon. Went next door the other days.

Disappointing

Liked: The parking lot was nice. Nice location. The space in the room was nice. Didn't Utilize the pool.
Disliked: The pillows were flat, horrible. Everything felt cheap. ALL the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion were empty. Thankfully, I brought my own. The toilet paper was super cheap. Tissues were rough. The shower could have been cleaner. The "master switches" as you enter the room were super confusing. Excessive amount of lights throughout the room. Tv was definitely too small for this space. Breakfast was overpriced and just OK. Honestly, I would not pick this hotel again.

Liked: Clean. Nice staff everywhere. Restaurant people were outstanding
Disliked: Need better pillows and we did not have enough towels or washcloths or hand towels. We were told they would do a soft cleaning every other day. All they did was give us 3 towels (not enough), take the dirty towels and pay garbage. We paid alot. Would hope to have more attention on the room. Also the website states there is an airport shuttle and there isn't
