Liked: good location , close to tempe improv.
Disliked: was put in an Ada room close to elevator. not needed.

Nice Hotel

Liked: Easy checkin. Decent price. Clean. Beds comfortable. Nice there is a bar (friendly bartender) and helpful front desk staff.. Excellent location to ASU and other key locations.
Disliked: A bit loud with street noise and a/c unit. Breakfast was ok, and not complimentary. Pool didn’t look great and there were people smoking in the pool w/ their clothes on :( and around the property outside.

Best hotel in Tempe

Liked: they don't have carpets in the rooms anymore and I can wake up with no allergies.The breakfast omelet was great. The pool is good for laps if not crowded. The rooms are elegant and super clean. Staff are lovely
