Hotel was clean; the people were friendly and the city was nice to walk in. The room was comfortable with a good view.

NYC 5 years ago. LRRT right outside the doors if going to the Key Bank Center - I was told no cost. Due to my schedule I didn't get to use it as it was a 7 minute walk there and easy. The lounge on the second floor served up a delicious hamburger with very tasty fries and Big Ditch IPA which was also very tasty. I did not get to use the pool or gym, something I would do if staying longer. Keuring coffee machine in the room made the late night easier to handle.

Liked: Room and lounge and staff.
Disliked: $10.00 for a tall can of beer - outside it goes for $1.75.

Dan the bartender made me feel right at home! Thanks for the craft beer talk and the history of moe. the band I was there to see with a bunch of his stories. Loved my stay - cheers all!

Disliked: Room service should be all day.

We stayed for just one night, but had a lovely room and the staff both night shift and morning shift were wonderful! Valet service was excellent and the front desk staff were awesome! Thank you for a wonderful night.
