Disliked: I didn’t know the property is undergoing renovation when I booked. While the room we stayed in was renovated and brand new, strangely all the doors on the floor we stayed on had about an inch and a half gap between the bottom of the door and the threshold. This made for a loud start to our stay with rowdy guests down the hall.

Liked: Beautiful Room & The Entire Staff are always Wonderful. So Nice &So Helpful. When I returned to Buffalo from Florida, I had a dead battery in My Vehicle & The Staff was very accommodating as They let Me stay in Lobby waiting for AAA.
Disliked: I Loved Everything.

Liked: It was nice and clean. Being so close to the airport I didn’t hear any noise from the planes. Staff was nice and the young lady in the kitchen on Saturday night (2/25) near closing went out her way to make sure our food was good.
