Disliked: No.complimentary drinking water bottle is given in Room. Room service is not available in night. Breakfast has limited variety.And menu remains the same everyday. Even as basic as requested to add onion.and chilly in the omelette was not accepted by chef. It was told that they can give only plain omelette ot add cheese to it. Adding onion and chilly is not possible.

Great room but other things...

Liked: The room was lovely and comfy. The little snack shop was good to have and the fact that it is 24 hours.
Disliked: The breakfast not enough options like normal Hilton hotel. The fact couldn’t get a coffee until 6pm as bar was closed is ridiculous. The powdered milk for room was awful so couldn’t have a coffee. The Hilton is not as good as when I stayed in Brighton. The staff are ok but very slow. The area is ok. What kind of hotel doesn’t have food available for room service. This is meant to be a well known hotel. Have to say wouldn’t stay again. When actually got room service the chicken tasted cheap and the waffle was absolutely disgusting.
