Great location, lovely staff &...

Liked: Staff were all lovely, very welcoming and extremely helpful. Room was lovely and the cafe/restaurant was great. Perfect location for the train & shopping, plus we found the room to be very quiet which was very welcome.

Good location for a short...

Liked: close to the train station and close to the city centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Noise from the road and the lift (beeping). Bed and pillows were quite hard.

Liked: Reception staff were very helpful. Room was spotless. Good shower. Great location very near the station and city centre. Surprisingly quiet.
Disliked: Bed was a little hard for me and could have done with a main light for doing make up!

I wouldn’t come back

Liked: The staff is lovely and the location is perfect.
Disliked: The hotel is old and the facilities too. In addition, the room was cold and the heat didn’t work well. It wouldn’t recommend this hotel
