Liked: Staff are helpful.
Disliked: Rooms are old. Wooden bed frames make way too much noise with every slight movement. Shower head was horrible, sprayed water everywhere.

Great hotel

Liked: the hotel was a short walk from Bristol Temple Meads Station. The staff were all kind and friendly. The evening meal and breakfast were really nice. My room was great and the bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again

Disliked: Air conditioning was broken in our room. The bed was broken in our friends room. There was a long delay waiting for the breakfast to be replenished at the buffet.
