The hotel and our room...

Liked: The main things that are important to me during a hotel stay are comfort and cleanliness. I have high standards when it comes to these two things, and the hotel met my expectations. The room was both comfortable and clean, which I appreciated. I would stay here again.
Disliked: I was disappointed with the amount of light in the room. Our room overlooked the courtyard, so it was not possible to have the curtains open all the time. The lamps provided limited light in the room.

Nice hotel, perfect location. Much...

Liked: We like that, for the most part the hotel is nice and clean. The rooms are fine, great location. Easy access to the parking lot.
Disliked: The mattresses are lousy. You need to think that a lot of people suffer from back pain (like me) and they are not back friendly at all. The personnel is nice but, for example, we asked like 5 or 6 times for coffee pods and they didn't have at first and then, when they did, they sent us the wrong ones.

Liked: The location. The staff was great.

Pleasant

Liked: The room size was large. The distance between the beds and the TV was too great.
Disliked: The heating/cooling system made a horrible high pitched noise when it ran. It was unbearable for sleeping. We had to turn off the unit and deal with no temperature control. We were in Room 445.
