Nice hotel, perfect location. Much...

Liked: We like that, for the most part the hotel is nice and clean. The rooms are fine, great location. Easy access to the parking lot.
Disliked: The mattresses are lousy. You need to think that a lot of people suffer from back pain (like me) and they are not back friendly at all. The personnel is nice but, for example, we asked like 5 or 6 times for coffee pods and they didn't have at first and then, when they did, they sent us the wrong ones.

Exceptional

Liked: The location. The staff was great.

Pleasant

Liked: The room size was large. The distance between the beds and the TV was too great.
Disliked: The heating/cooling system made a horrible high pitched noise when it ran. It was unbearable for sleeping. We had to turn off the unit and deal with no temperature control. We were in Room 445.

Good

Disliked: If breakfast is included, it should be with tips like other hotels.The parking is 25USD per night

Clean and basic. Needs better...

Liked: Very clean. Easy access to CU Restaurants and shops all walkable
Disliked: We had a room with an adjacent room so there was a door to someone else’s room. The folks staying next to us were very loud at 1:00am until 2:30am woke my son & I up. I didn’t want to be a complainer to front desk but the sound proofing is bad. Felt like they were in our room and could here their conversation completely

Really disappointed in the accountability...

Liked: The space is easy and conveniently located.
Disliked: I left my coat in the closet after check-out. No one but housekeeping had access to my room thereafter. Somehow, the hotel cannot find the coat. I don't need to be a forensic criminologist to figure this out.

it was alright

Liked: Hotel was great, we got there right as it closed. room was clean and bed was made, shower was nice and hot for me and my partner. Night staff was nice but morning staff seemed unhappy, which is fair id be gloomy too if I woke up at like 4-5.
Disliked: Didnt get breakfast, couldnt spend anymore money. Hotel was great room was nice and clean but temperature was at 60 when we got there. Its winter at this time so my partner was cold. It woulda been nice to park near the hotel instead of down a street. Paid about 160 some dollars and we wouldve had to pay for parking too. Same with any food or drinks but thats just boulder for ya. Anyways Like I said it was a great stay.
