Disliked: The shuttle service from the airport is a joke. They tell you they're going to pick you up in 20 min and you need to stay outside(!) in freezing weather next to the door number, but they don't show up for an hour. If you keep calling, they just saying the driver was just there and picked up other people and you were not there (like what???)....it's really a joke! The other hotel shuttles stopped multiple times and asked if we called the hotel, with the answer we did and they just never showed up. The other hotel's shuttle driver offered to take us in. Then when asked at the reception why, they just deny everything and keep saying the shuttle was there... Be aware!

Liked: Shuttle to airport. Parked for 5 nights. Car was fine.
Disliked: Got back late and couldn't get ahold of the hotel to get shuttle back. Ended up taking a cab. No big deal.
