Relaxing stay wonderful night.
Liked: Nice size room comfortable bed a shower with a good draw plenty of hot water nice smelling soap and shampoo. Dinner was tasty.

We couldn't have asked for...
Liked: Location was excellent as we were flying home the next day, the shuttle bus to the airport was free, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable.

Liked: The shuttle drive was as great.
Disliked: Horrible experience at this hotel. I checked in through the app the day before check in per the instructions Hilton sent me through Booking.com picking my room and noting I would be checking in late. After standing there for about 20 minutes I was told my room type wasn’t guaranteed and they were checking on the room. After I started getting upset I was told the app check in didn’t go through which I got an email confirming it did. Then I was told the cc was declined which is bs. The cc is from booking.com since I paid them. Then I was told it’s 1am and they are a very busy hotel. I said I understand, that’s why I made a reservation. She wanted to continue to argue with me like this was my fault. I worked at a hotel before and I knew exactly what was going on. I understand how booking through 3rd party sites works. It’s just bs that my room wasn’t held when I checked in and noted I would be late just so the hotel could make more money. The reason I choose to stay here and pay the crazy expensive rate was because my family and I were getting in late. It took 40 minutes for this to be resolved. The clerk was so unprofessional will not stay again. I do want to mention the shuttle drive was great.
