Disliked: Had to get a cab back from Logan because I couldn't get thru to the airport to let them know I was waiting for it at 10:30pm. It was cold and windy. Need a better way to get ahold of the hotel staff/directions about where to wait for it.

Liked: Shuttle, comfortable beds. Didn't use but customer laundry center and business center looked great.
Disliked: Food service--just a small part of our experience. Waiter forgot to omit onions from both food orders. We were so hungry we just put thme in a big pile on a side plate; food was good. When the waiter saw that, he apologized.
