Liked: Everything the room was huge, plenty of room for my family.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing. It was all fantastic. We will be looking for this hotel in every city we visit

Overall it was good.

Liked: The Bartender and morning hostess for breakfast were very welcoming unlike the front desk staff.
Disliked: Front desk workers did not smile and did not make an effort to welcome us.There was no hot water coming from bathroom faucet. There were dogs on our floor. We were not given the option to be on a floor without animals.

Hair on the sheets

Liked: The reception is very kind.
Disliked: My bed had hair and sand, I had to ask for new sheets and I did it myself, it was disgusting.
