Staff at location said no...

Liked: It’s a beautiful place but was unable to provide shuttle service as advised on booking.. called and the said they would cancel at no charge! Even a manager called on the 4th said she spoke with booking and it would be refunded! What a mess! Will never use booking again!
Disliked: Nothing it’s a beautiful place just Booking said shuttle was available

It was good all except...

Liked: It is super clean, staff is wonderful and a great location.
Disliked: The hot tub had too much chlorine in it, it burnt my son and husbands eyes and lasted all night with their vision being blurry and they eyes hurting.

Disliked: The toilet didn’t flush on check in - reported it as soon as I got to room. - it worked forMaybe a few flushes and then never flushed again - it was too late to call maintenance as it was now late in the evening - how do sell a room when the toilet isn’t working? No water offered at check in?
