Very clean and friendly, just don't plan on sleeping if your a light sleeper. Ear plugs did not help.

Disliked: Charging water for 2.00 for a non-member is a little much. The room was 166.00 for 1 night. Giving free water to a new quest will not break you.

Disliked: I wish parking was free or at a 10.00 price point.

Liked: I received a text once checked into the room inquiring to ensure things were well and Jessica was super nice & brought us up drinking glasses.
Disliked: I called with a couple questions a few days after booking the room and was told that I had not paid for the room and the funds would be charged at checkout. Upon checking in I was able to confirm that I had indeed already paid in full.I was told there was a person training..I paid cash for the breakfast for the two of us to the waitress and was also charged the 33.00 again to my room. I noticed when the email came through after we checked out, called and was able to get the charge reversed.
