Very clean and friendly, just don't plan on sleeping if your a light sleeper. Ear plugs did not help.

Liked: My stay was lovely. Everything was as expected. Staff was friendly. Great location, walking distance to nearly everything in downtown Boise. The facility was clean. Rooms were comfortable. I stayed there solo as a woman and felt safe the whole time. Will stay here again.

Liked: So pleasantly surprised with this hotel! Lots of thoughtful amenities and great location for walking downtown. I have to say the staff was so great - from front desk, to restaurant staff. Will happily recommend and look forward to coming back.

Charged for breakfast even though...

Liked: I booked the hotel with breakfast included. However in the morning, after I had breakfast, I got a bill which said the hot breakfast is not included in the rate. I had to pay separately for a bowl of oatmeal for $9. This is so misleading. If I knew that, I would have booked my room without breakfast included.

Liked: Loved that Panera was within walking distance. Parking was a little confusing a first but convenient.
Disliked: Difficult to find, needs better signage from the street.

Good (but not great) stay.

Liked: The room was perfect: clean, comfortable, nice layout, well-stocked.
Disliked: Too close to the connector: lots of traffic noise. Plus, the guest above was very loud well into the early morning hours.Walking from the parking garage to the hotel was awkward: there are no paths for pedestrians, we had to squeeze around the car gate. Strange.

Liked: Location was great and we were able to walk to everything.
Disliked: While it appeared to be a nice breakfast, if I am going to pay an additional $16 per person, I am going to go eat at one of the restaurants downtown.
