The front desk and cleaning...

Liked: Property was very clean, had staff working and cleaning all day. Location was perfect. Felt safe and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The first morning we had an awesome waitress. The second and third day the older lady was not very nice or accommodating. Front desk and cleaning staff were super friendly. The room was very comfortable.
Disliked: Was a little dated and we were very sad that the pool area was under construction. Also sad that the gym wasn’t 24 hours.

Disliked: Found empty liquor bottles in the nightstand drawer while we had to search for the tv remote that was under the bed. The sheets had stains & the room was not very clean. Bed was uncomfortable as well. We were also told when we checked in after 6pm that our room may not be ready & they may have to charge us more then what we booked for. I accidentally booked a handicap room but that wasn’t explained when told the room wasn’t ready. They readily got us a room but we also had a charge from the restaurant at the hotel & we never ate there. They did eventually remove the charge but had I not checked my email before checking out & saw the receipt, wouldn’t have known.
