Slept well and ate a hearty breakfast.

Liked: Clean, spacious room with a good breakfast.
Disliked: Over busy at breakfast - people were having to wait for a table.

Great hotel; fairly central to the main shopping area and extremely close to the Arena Birmingham. Rooms comfortable and clean, service very good.

Liked: Location and service was excellent.
Disliked: We had a meal in the hotel which was rather pricey and average.
