Liked: We stayed overnight at the Hilton Garden Inn because we had an early flight the next morning. We were able to walk across to the train station in 5 mins and get the free shuttle into the Terminal. The bedroom was clean and comfortable and shower was fab

Suck a great hotel, very...

Liked: We’ve stayed here before, such a lovely hotel in walking distance to departures. Stayed just one night and we both enjoyed our stay. Staff were great. Breakfast was great too.

Pure convenience.

Liked: Convenience to airport. Dinner good.
Disliked: Although I had booked room close to lift (for mobility reasons) I didn’t expect a very low bed and almost no other furniture -one chair and small table. I can’t understand the low bed; if you were wheelchair dependent, you would surely be more comfortable with a higher bed. Otherwise it was OK.

Liked: The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Good quality bedding and soft fluffy towels. We slept really well.We enjoyed a drink in the bar in the evening, and made use of the hotel gym in the morning, which we had to ourselves. We would stay here again.
Disliked: I think that the price was expensive. The hotel is excellently located for the airport, but the room rate was high. When our flight was postponed for 24 hours and we needed to extend our stay, the price point almost doubled for the second night. Although we realise that prices are in response to supply and demand, we felt that jump was unreasonable, so we booked elsewhere.

Great hotel for the start...

Liked: Well presented hotel at Birmingham airport. Staff were friendly and hotel was clean. Rooms are modern with good quality beds. Food served in restaurant was good.
Disliked: Hotel is going through some changes, we tried two different bottles of red wine and sent both back - the quality of both was poor given the prices being charged.
