Liked: The staff was great. They took care of a Horrible situation that Booking.com caused
Disliked: Staff was Great but not because of Booking.com. You sent the hotel the wrong information. I had confirmation for 1 room with 2 double beds. When I got I checked in and went to the room. It was 1 king bed. I went back to the desk. They said they were totally booked and I couldn't get a refund because I paid already. After offering points for the inconvenience, which i would not accept. I said I'm not coming back but really it was because of Booking.com and not the hotel. After 30 or 40 minutes they figured something out and gave me a suite with king bed, twin pull out and the room had a sofa. We drove 2 hrs to get there and because of Booking.com it could have been a disaster. I cannot take a chance with Booking.com in the future. Your confirmation of a room means nothing to Booking.com. it's a shame. The free hot breakfast cost 16.99! Which looked horrible and I wouldn't have eaten it anyway. So DISAPPOINTED with Booking.com.
