Nice staff, clean room and...

Liked: Overall, I was happy with our stay. However, I specifically asked for “breakfast included” for our stay while searching for a hotel on this app. In addition, when I booked it, I was under the impression that breakfast was included. It was not. The staff was very nice about the whole deal though.

Liked: Convenient location for most of what we wanted to see and do while in Bentonville
Disliked: The first night we had ordered braided short ribs as seen on the menu – after a while our server came back and said the short ribs were frozen and couldn’t be served that night so we ordered coffee and we were told we don’t have coffee in the evenings so that kind of set us back for the first visit in Bentonville
