Pleasant stay. A great stay...

Liked: Nice property ideally located on a county road near I95. Close to Baltimore and Philadelphia. Close to restaurants, gas stations and shopping. 1 hour away from mega outlets in Lancaster PA. Modern in outlook with comfy beds, tv with streaming channels, a good refrigerator and microwave in the room, simple breakfast fare, a restaurant and small bar, clean laundry facility and a business center and plenty free parking. Nice front desk personnel. Very nice coffee and hot water and tea station in the lobby. A suitable selection of snacks is available in the lobby store.
Disliked: We extended our stay from 9/24 to 10/1. During that time we did get daily clean towels but no further attention was paid to the room. The beds were left as they were, no change of bedding was provided. Not much attention was paid to cleaning bathroom accoutrements. Also, please provide yoghurt choices at breakfast and fix your toaster machine.

Excelente Hotel and Staff

Liked: The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are friendly, professional, and helpful. Breakfast was very good, and a chef is there to cook to order if you want something not on the buffet. The restaurant and bar served excellent food and drinks in the evening. I always stay here when visiting my family in the US.
