Liked: The breakfast was good but expensive.
Disliked: The price for a small breakfast buffet was 17 Dollars. However, the service was excellent.

November visit and perfect weather!

Liked: Although I did not participate in breakfast, my family did and enjoyed it frequently during our 5 night stay. They especially mentioned the friendly woman who was serving them as being particularly pleasant.This hotel is located in a great area for walking, and the historic village is only about a mile away.Our favorite dinner was at Saltus in the historic district.
Disliked: We were originally on the 3rd floor, but then we were moved to the 4th floor after discovering the bathroom door didn't close (too large for its frame), the room refrigerator tilted and once opened, all the contents rolled out onto the floor, and minor point: ice machine did not work on the 3rd floor. After Covid protocol ended, we have noticed that the TV remote control is no longer cleaned and inserted into a paper sleeve at Hilton properties.The hall carpet on the 4th floor needed serious shampooing as well as the carpet in the room. Large stain in the carpet outside our room, 414, and some in our room. Pet odors were discernible at times.Appreciated having the use of a Peloton bike in the exercise room. The screen would black out for a few seconds and then return to my class, but with about 5 minutes left in my 45 minute class, the screen never restored.

Disliked: The guy at the front desk wasn't very nice to the staff members.

Would stay there again

Liked: Great location. About 20 minutes from Parris Island. My cousin and I walked to the WayBurger close by. Loved the food!!
Disliked: It was very warm outside and the pool was closed! It had no water! We were a little disappointed but their reason was legitimate- the hurricane the week before! It’s an outdoor pool and needed to be cleaned.

Liked: The location was great to where we were with family. Any issues we had were well taken care of by the staff.
Disliked: The fridge in our room was smelly and stunk like bad seafood. Also the room was double booked and we did not get the room that we requested.
