Liked: We liked the comfort and cleanliness of the room. The bed sheets felt very nice and the blanket felt plush.There were plenty of outlets, both regular and USB. Water was very hot in both the sink and shower. Large bottles of shampoo and conditioner provided in the shower. Large bottles of handwash and body lotion provided. They also have magnifying mirrors and a hair dryer in the bathroom.
Disliked: The "meal plan" didn't show up on the Booking.com site at the time I was booking. So no breakfast for us unless we paid $14.99 per person. Spent less going to a local restaurant. In-room coffee maker is so loud that it woke up my husband. Keurig coffee makers are terrible even if they are quick.The jacuzzi spa was "out of order" and by the looks of the sign, it has been for some time. The property should be honest when someone calls and asks if it is working. It was one of the top reasons we chose this property. For someone with a bad back, this is a huge disappointment and aggravation. It was miserable to travel without being able to 'loosen up' beforehand.

Disliked: Shower was not hot enough. No sleep timer on remote.

Liked: Beds were comfortable. It was clean and quiet.
Disliked: Fan was broken in the bathroom so there was rust all over the bathroom. Soaps were empty. No one was there to answer the phone at the front desk. Food was sub par.

Liked: The location was safe
Disliked: The place was ran down broken mirrors in bedrooms tv didn’t work in 3 of the 4 rooms we rented the batteries kept going dead in 2 of the 4 rooms key entry so was locked out of rooms unable to hv access to belongings. Evening staff was nice but check in was a nightmare and customer service was poor only needed three of 4 rooms booked due to one traveler being hospitalized last min was unable to cancel room so ended up paying for all 4 rooms only utilized 3 for the price you pay and being a Hilton hotel expectations were high paid to hv breakfast included w stay only covered one guest per room ended up paying a lot to feed the kids to eat prior to leaving

Liked: Hot tub broke mad not on website only reason we reserved rooms. Had heated pool it was nice but wanted hot tub for bad backs and old bones.
Disliked: Hot tub not working
