Liked: We liked the comfort and cleanliness of the room. The bed sheets felt very nice and the blanket felt plush.There were plenty of outlets, both regular and USB. Water was very hot in both the sink and shower. Large bottles of shampoo and conditioner provided in the shower. Large bottles of handwash and body lotion provided. They also have magnifying mirrors and a hair dryer in the bathroom.
Disliked: The "meal plan" didn't show up on the Booking.com site at the time I was booking. So no breakfast for us unless we paid $14.99 per person. Spent less going to a local restaurant. In-room coffee maker is so loud that it woke up my husband. Keurig coffee makers are terrible even if they are quick.The jacuzzi spa was "out of order" and by the looks of the sign, it has been for some time. The property should be honest when someone calls and asks if it is working. It was one of the top reasons we chose this property. For someone with a bad back, this is a huge disappointment and aggravation. It was miserable to travel without being able to 'loosen up' beforehand.

Disliked: Fan was broken in the bathroom so there was rust all over the bathroom. Soaps were empty. No one was there to answer the phone at the front desk. Food was sub par.
