Liked: The breakfast and service were really good.
Disliked: When I got to my room, we didn't have bath towels, only face and hand towels. Seemed a little odd, but when we called to bring up bath towels, we received 4 bath mats and 1 bath towel. We found a cleaning person in the hallway and asked for an additional bath towel.

Disliked: Beds have metal base frame and lot of pinching metal noice when move Shower heads need to be replace very old and not good pressure Carpets need to be clean

It was still a good...

Liked: Everything about the property was nice. The amenities was amazing and the food was also good.
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like about not necessarily the property but I booked three rooms with double queen beds in each room. I know the booking was scheduled for 6 people which is crazy to me because every other hotel would have counted each room for 4 people due to the queen beds. But, we had an extra person that okay I get it he couldn’t eat the regular breakfast but the lady who worked there could have pulled us to the side and told us instead of saying it out loud for everyone to turn and look at us as if we were trying to steal the breakfast or something. Mind you we are Mexicans and with all of the immigration situation happening it put my aunties in a nervous spot having the people look at us like that. I am not saying she was a racist because I don’t think she was so that’s not the problem it was just she could have pulled us to the side. Anywho the extra person did end up paying for breakfast even though I think he should have been allowed to eat the regular food. That’s the only situation where I was left uneasy about.

Friendly and comfortable, as always!

Liked: The breakfast was wonderful, as always. The dinner was quite good as well. The staff at the Bar and front desk were helpful and interesting people. They gave the hotel a feeling of community.
Disliked: Some cushions to sit on on the bench seat. Cleaner windows to the outside of our room.
