Disappointing

Liked: The room and facility was clean. Our room was nice and enough room for me and my family.
Disliked: The staff in the breakfast area was incredibly rude and racist towards my family and I. I have never experienced that at a Hilton chain. The old Hispanic woman and The guy there that morning didn't seem to care that we were expressing we were uncomfortable.The breakfast could use some improvements as well. We didn't like it very much. The eggs seem to be cheap powder eggs and the

Overall good value, not best...

Liked: Spacious and clean throughout. Loved the spacious closet area.
Disliked: Rooms are not sound proof, you can hear jointed rooms all around as well as outside noise. Handicap room only had shower when pictures showed tub. Hard to bath with handheld shower wand. Pillow are too soft, needed several to amount to one to hold head up on.
