Liked: THE BEST THING THAT I CAN SAY ABOUT MY STAY, WAS checking out and LEAVING. The check out process was fast and THANKFULLY I didn’t have to pay for parking. There isn't anything else that I can say positive about this hotel.
Disliked: The front desk staff was AWEFULL, and I had to speak with the GM just to get positive, customer service. The front desk clerk, cancelled one of my rooms, and the desk clerk RAN my card FOUR times, just to check the availability of other rooms. My card got blocked, AND the next day I was FINALLY given my second room. Then it was also CANCELLED! I had to go down AGAIN and speak wioth the GM, to get it fixed. The carpet was nasty and sticky. The sink faucet was broken, and the beds were so soft, it was like quicksand. The booking said to call the hotel to verify that CONNECTING rooms would be available. I called and I was told that they couldn’t VERIFY if I could get a connecting room or NOT! I thought Hilton hotels were supposed to be transparent with their guest. If I had known this hotel was that AWEFULL I would have gotten an Air BNB. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Liked: ONLY HOTEL WE HAVE EVER STAYED THAT DID NOT OFFER A FREE BREAKFAST.
Disliked: AIR CONDITIONER WAS LEAKING ON CARPET. VERY NASTY SMELL WHICH CAUSED US BOTH TO HAVE ALLERGIC REACTIONS. NOT SURE IT WASN'T MOLD.
