Beside the loud construction noise...

Liked: It was very clean as you walked into the hotel.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that room was next to the construction workers who were fixing up the room next to mine. All I heard was loud noises coming from next door to me. If I wanted to sleep in I couldn’t because of that.

Liked: Location, friendly staff, upgrading facilities, good food
Disliked: My reservation confirmation stated no pets allowed, but seen a dog in the lobby.

Bad

Liked: The room was nice and clean
Disliked: I had a very bad experience for a one night getaway for me and my fiance. The power was out for 3 and a half hours to where we didn't have any heat or air the entire outage. To where me and my fiance didn't enjoy our evening out. And when I went to front desk to check out and explained my experience the service person at the front desk wasn't helpful at all. To where she tried to tell me that it shouldn't matter if the power was out for hours that time of morning, basically she's getting at we should have been asleep I didn't know when you're getting away and staying at a hotel you have a pacific time you as a guest should be asleep. I think that's very unprofessional and not good customer service. On that experience I would not referral no one to stay at that Hilton Garden Inn. And I think that I need some type of refund or to be compensate for our experience on 02/15-02/16/2025.

Nice hotel with a good...

Liked: Good location. Was heading to Fright fest at Six Flags. Food spots and coffee shops very close.
Disliked: The hotel was under venovations during my stay. It is always great to upgrade, but I wish I would have known this prior to booking.

Not horrible but not the...

Liked: My room and bed were comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: I ended up charged twice for my room due to issues with your internet. My room key also stopped working at one point. Lastly, breakfast was sort of bland with not a lot of options, I only found bagels and bread or cereal.

Liked: some of the staff was very helpful; the room was spacious.
Disliked: the other half of the staff was not helpful, very rude, dismissive, and wouldn't help with the requests. room was also full of ladybugs.
