Disliked: room 332 the street light shines directly into the window making it difficult to sleep

Excellent stay in the middle...

Liked: It was very clean and bright. The staff was so kind and friendly. The room was beautiful. It was right in the middle of a bunch of restaurants as well as having a restaurant inside.
Disliked: The only thing was the A/C was kind of hard to control. We turned it off but it still came on and made the room very cold.

Uncomfortable due to the poorly...

Liked: Convenient location during my travel.
Disliked: The entry door to my room had a damaged door frame. It appeared as if the door had previously been pried open. As a consequence, I was unable to secure the bolt lock. I was uncomfortable with this situation. There were few rooms left, it was late, and I was weary, so I did not ask for a room change. I was awake most of the night. Also, the elevator had not been working properly and the hallways were warm, as if there may have been some issues with the a/c, which worked well in my room.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff were so professional. We came here for my husbands birthday, and they left a gift for my husband in the room. The beds were so comfortable and everything was so clean.

Left a horrible hotel stay...

Liked: Everything. Great property
Disliked: The room telephone was not working when I tried to call the front desk
