I was very upset about them not taking school checks. What hotel in this area who don't honor school systems' checks? They were not considerate when most of the guests were from schools and didn't accept checks or were they considerate in taking the tax exempt forms. There was also no continental breakfast being that the rooms were so expensive. Who wants to pay $10.00 for breakfast after paying $189 per night? Something should have been complimentary other than water! I was very disappointed in the way we as educators were treated - not fair!

Disliked: No consideration for school systems. There was no Christmas decor. There were spots of mold in the bathroom on the walls and shower curtains.

Our first room smelled of mildew which we discovered was from a leak under the sink and the phone didn't work. We were immediately moved to another room which was larger than the first. Very nice staff.

Liked: Helpful staff.
Disliked: Room was loud (next to elevator).

Liked: I loved the very sensual lighting in the room it was a mood setter for the cuddle session with the boys.
Disliked: That our stay was so short so the cuddle sesh wasnt going to get to happen again.

Disliked: The cleanliness Trash left in hall ways and floor. Called the staff and also went to address them in person. The staff member said there’s only two of us. I said ok so the trash will remain? She said yes and it remained just as she said! UNEXCEPTIONABLE!!!!

I was a ok stay.

Liked: Breakfast was great. Front desk workers was extremely helpful.
Disliked: It has a bad smell in the halls and the room. It's like a wet smell that never dried. We had to get our bed sheets and pillow cases changed as soonas we went into room. There was alot of brown and red spots. Staff was very upstanding about the bed sheet.

My stay was terrible, infact...

Liked: the decoration is ok. there were facilities. there is a lot of parking spaces
Disliked: the rooms were smellythe hallways were smellythe elevator smelled nastythe voice of the staff was not clear, and I could barely make out what she was saying, and on top of all this there was no complementary breakfast. The property also charged me an extra $50 for no valid reason.
