Liked: I liked the waitress who worked during the day. I found the staff who checked us in for other meals suspicious and sometimes rude.
Disliked: I found a front desk person to be rude.

Last minute booking, it was...

Liked: The location was great, short walk to town.
Disliked: The bed seemed older and caving in a little bit. I don’t think I would stay again here for 250$ without breakfast included. When I booked I thought breakfast was included.

Liked: Loved our stay here in a large quiet room, and friendly helpful staff. List of local restaurants on display at the front desk, and only a short walk into town. Very clean facilities, highly recommended hotel.

Not the kind of service...

Liked: This hotel came highly recommended by multiple family members who live outside Asheville. The location is excellent, and the town is fantastic. However, management did not come through when we needed them most.
Disliked: We are Family and Friends members, and paid up front for 3 nights to come celebrate the arrival of our first grandchild. However early the next morning we had to leave due an emergency with the baby. Our booking company agreed to reimburse/credit, however the hotel staff were totally unreceptive, refused to reimburse or even credit our 2 nights unused, as we wanted to return later this fall. It was a heartbreaking weekend made worse by hotel management.
