Clean, pleasantv& convenient.

Liked: Very clean & convenient with easy parking. Lots of great restaurants in Shirlington.
Disliked: There was construction but it didn’t bother us. Just be aware.

Great stay. A bit of...

Liked: The location and the room
Disliked: As a HHonors member, I usually have great stays here. But from the time I checked in until check out, there were brief periods of incessant banging. I reported it to the front desk twice. Nothing was done. I actually documented the frequency of the noise. From 5PM to 6 PM, there were 4 disruptions, each lasting between 2 and 4 minutes. From 7AM until 11AM, there were 4 disruptions, each lasting between 1 and 3 minutes. Nobody came to check on it.Let me state. I love Hilton. This is an amazing property. The location is unmatched. Safety. Cleanliness. Proximity to dining of all kinds. Transportation. Five Star. Shower and bath amenities. Exceptional. But I am a bit disappointed that nobody addressed the noise issue.

Liked: Very clean nice room. Check out individual, lady, was courteous and polite.
Disliked: Check in individual, man, was short and stand off ish. Parking close the hotel is costly and extra. Everything seems to cost extra.

Disliked: Bathrooms- shower was poorly designed and did not get hot enough. No ventilation .Toilet spat back after flush. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable
