Good

Liked: The gym was nice.
Disliked: The pictures give the allusion to a bright and clean hotel. The rugs and hallways were dirty and dingy. Our room floor was gross. You can tell they do not actually mop the floors. It was apparent where the high traffic areas were. The grout at the entrance of the room and bathroom were black, and other areas "white." Location was the only good thing about this hotel.

Caring staff, did an exceptional...

Liked: This was an exceptionally difficult stay. Due to the catastrophic fires, there were lots of evacuees, our hearts go out to them, and the entire community.Staff at this property did an excellent job in ensuring everyone was cared for.
Disliked: The beds need to be upgraded. Difficult to sleep on.
