Liked: I liked all aspects of the property.
Disliked: I have no complaints.

Disliked: One person from the service sees that you have breakfast included in the price, another on a different shift does not see it and tells you to wait for the manager. In the end, they do not want to issue an invoice because the reservation was made through booking, and booking is supposed to issue the invoice. In the end, it turns out that they can issue an invoice, but they issue it for a lower amount than the reservation was paid for. They push you from one person to another and do not solve your problem - including the central customer service of the chain. Hopeless help.

OK location, GREAT staff!

Liked: I went to the Naval academy for a college swim meet.
Disliked: I didn't love the location. I hated the parking. We paid for parking and could never get a spot! The front desk man was able to give us a free night, but parking was awful!

Liked: The location was great for our purpose.
Disliked: You could hear flushing toilets and running water on both sides of the room.

Disappointing

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: The staff were nice enough, but didn't seem to have a complete grasp of what they were doing. The restaurant was staffed by a single person who, even though it was mostly empty the times we were there, seemed overwhelmed. The room had been recently renovated and double doors installed in the bathroom, but the doors were either the wrong size or had been installed incorrectly such that they did not completely close. $30/day for parking is ridiculous.
