Disliked: The staff had a nasty attitude upon arrival, the beds are uncomfortable, there were bugs in our room, the “spa tub” was small and inside the bathroom (when I called to inquire about this I was told it was in the bedroom), furniture is outdated and the room smelled stale.

Liked: The lady at the front desk went above and beyond. From the moment we checked in, she provided excellent customer service and was just so helpful. When we came down for breakfast the next morning, another lady at the restaurant area was just as nice. It is rare to find excellent customer service these days, much less 2 different staff members in the same business. I was so pleasantly surprised.
