Wonderful establishment, enjoyed our stay...

Liked: The room was great. We enjoyed it very much. And most of the staff was great.
Disliked: When we booked the room, it clearly stated that breakfast was included. Once we finished our breakfast the employee said "breakfast isn't free, you have to pay". We had to clear it up at the front desk. She gave us a piece of paper that we then had to take back to the rude lady in the dining area to clear things up.Maybe better training for the dining employee and direction on pleasant customer service?

Liked: The hotel was very nice, and clean
Disliked: I feel like we were way over charged considering circumstances at the time. For it to be a day after a major hurricane and have them charge me almost $400 for one night was unreal but it was medically necessary for my husband to have power

Worked for what we needed,...

Liked: The bathroom and rooms were very clean, staff was friendly and lobby was clean as well.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet being 15$ for adult & 10$ for child. I was under the impression the breakfast was free (like any other) but it was not and we got a 27$ bill after eating that we were not expecting.
