Liked: Spouse became ill and asked Front Desk for another night in same room. That room was already booked but we were booked into another room immediately. Two young ladies at the Front Desk (I did not get their names) helped us with this issue. It was very much appreciated.

Liked: Room was great. Staff was great. Hotel was clean, new, centrally located and great overall.
Disliked: Continental breakfast was just carbs and juice, then they pressure you to purchase an actual breakfast. For the cost of my stay, waking up to this was very disappointing. Valet parking garage only ($40 extra per night), so I couldn't park my own car was also disappointing. Lastly, getting hit with $100 worth of additional fees at check-in was also very disappointing. Overall, the hotel was great, but I will likely not to stay here again due to all these hidden gems.
