Stay was good but parking...

Liked: Nice location close to everything
Disliked: Breakfast was expensive, simple continental breakfast was over $14. Cold food also.

Liked: It was a pleasant stay, but nothing extraordinary.
Disliked: We encountered a lot of construction activity, which unfortunately resulted in a nail puncturing one of our tires.

We had a great time...

Liked: Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and courteous. The hotel was located in a great part of Alburquerque where we walked each night for a great dinner. We loved the room and it was quite spacious.
Disliked: the sidewalks were very wonky but that as not your fault

Liked: One of your employees that tended the bar and breakfast area was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me with my 83 year old mother. This employee is the reason we will for sure come back.

Lovely hotel to stay at,...

Liked: Beautiful Hotel. Very nice room. Close to the shopping center. It was very quiet. There's a parking garage for your car which is nice.
Disliked: For what we paid, a free breakfast would have been nice. They charge a pretty hefty fee for breakfast. And the luggage carts are a joke. Tiny little carts that do not hold much. Everyone had to use two of them to get their luggage to the room. So there were never any carts available. We had to sit in the lobby and wait for someone to bring theirs back. Also our bathroom door wouldn't close. We were there two days and told twice they'd be up to fix it, never came.
