Liked: Hotel is at the airport and the staff was very very nice.
Disliked: The bed linens weren't crisp but worn. The bed was 1 foot off the ground. My room was 1st floor down the hall from the very noisy pool.

Disliked: Floor we stayed on was under remodel, look like it had been hit by a tornado.Very noisy, people running up and down halls most of the night.

Very good

Liked: Shuttle service was exceptional. Took us to and from Sheraton for dinner (which was delishish), was very timely and drivers excellent.Also loved the laundry facilities, desk had ample coins and machines in good working order.

Was a good stay other...

Liked: Didn't have breakfast. Location was good
Disliked: Finding hair on the wall of the bathroom but other then that everything else looked okay.

Excellent location and staff

Liked: Breakfast was fair. 24 hour shuttle to/from airport/rental car was a very much plus. Early morning staffperson was extremely helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast

Liked: Main plus was the shuttle service to/from the airport, and it running 24hours
Disliked: Lots of noise from suction fans due to broken pipes caused by extreme cold weather
