First Visit to Albany

Liked: The room was clean and the staff were very pleasant. I wasn't able to have breakfast, but including it in the price made up for the things I didn't like. I hope the remodel will be complete next time I visit.
Disliked: I wish I had been alerted about the property being under construction up front. Parking was limited, and the walk to the back of the hotel to enter was a little sketchy after dark. Also, I didn't like walking through the dirt in the parking lot in dress shoes. The pillows were flat, and the towels were scratchy. I hope they will be part of the remodeling plan.

Liked: Not much that was positive.
Disliked: Honestly, this was a terrible experience. The main entrance was not available, they were renovating their entire facility and it was a disaster.

It was okay

Disliked: Booking.com does not state property is under construction. Also they have a chat service and when attempting to ask for additional towels there was no acknowledgment.

Liked: The beds were comfortable and clean!
Disliked: The hotel was a mess, under construction. We had picked rooms next to each other but when we arrived they didn't have the one room available. We were put on a floor that was under construction, when we checked in they were still working and we couldn't even get through to our room. For the price we paid to stay the facility was not worth it. There was no parking with the mess outsides.

Disliked: Very noisy AC/Heating system. Requested wine glasses, got plastic cups. Bare minimum amenities in general, tissue box had 4 tissues left, could not reach front desk via in room phone, had to go downstairs to request anything.
