Disliked: Your bar and food service are very unorganized, slow and not run efficiently. I own a bar in Alabama and have never ever see as poorly staffed bar and food service. People were frustrated to no end.

Liked: location and staff was great
Disliked: There was incredible loud music coming from across the street. Maybe the park from 12:00 am - 3:00 am. I called the front desk several times. My wife and I had enough and told the front desk that we would call the police. The front desk clerk stated that he would call them. within about 30 min to an hour the music stopped.

Disliked: some things felt cheap. the method to adhere shampoo etc. to walls was tacky. easy and cheap to upgrade to more attractive method of adherence. luggage carts difficult to load with stability . another easy fix. better signage to office area . was the 4th side of the building we tried.hope these are helpful.
