Only complaint is that I did rent the room because I prefer firm beds for my back. After reading about their mattresses, I was sold. However, they didn't work. Other than that, I have no complaints. Room was clean and large. Would stay there again.

Liked: Besides the mattress, everything else was very good.
Disliked: Their firmness controlled mattresses don't work.

Overall, it was a good...

Liked: It was easy to find, the room was spacious, the staff were awesome, and the dining facilities were amazing.
Disliked: The mattress was hard and lumpy, and the pillows were too soft. There is a very limited number of handicapped accessible rooms, so we were in a regular room, but adding grab bars to each shower and installing higher toilets would be of great assistance to those of us who need a little extra safety in the bathroom.
